Contact

Please do not send passwords, card or bank numbers, codes from text messages, or photos of sensitive documents — AppSquach never needs them, and neither does a support request. Including the app version (shown at the bottom of the in-app Privacy & Legal screen) helps.

Common questions

An app I trust was flagged

A “worth a look” or “please review” result is not an accusation. It means AppSquach noticed something — often a powerful permission or an unusual install source — that a person may want to be aware of. Open the app’s detail screen to see exactly which signals were found, and use Keep / Lock to stop it being flagged.

A suspicious app was not flagged

AppSquach cannot detect every harmful app. If something looks wrong, tell us the app name and why it worried you.

How do I remove an app?

AppSquach never removes apps itself. When you choose to remove one, it opens Android’s own uninstall screen and you confirm there. Core phone apps and AppSquach itself are protected and are never offered for removal.

How do I delete my data?

There is no account, so there is nothing stored on a server about you. Clearing the app’s data (Android Settings → Apps → AppSquach → Storage → Clear data) or uninstalling removes the local database, the device keys, and any pairing records.
